Check for our other email saying your card is expired. Simply update your expiration date in the Billing system. Or tell your reseller/host provider to do this. 3. The third is abuse. Whether it is's load abuse caused by a nasty 3rd party script file or purposely uploading malicious files to our servers we take this very seriously and monitor this 24/7. It's simple. Just don't try it. You will be caught if you do. However, server logs can determine if this is your fault or not so if it's not your fault don't worry about it. The truth always prevails here. 4. Violation of the Terms of Service. This is quite simple. Just read it and abide by it. If you do not pay using Paypal or feel that you do not fall in these 4 categories above then please read below. Please don't be alarmed. But for whatever reason this account has been put on hold temporarily. If it is your account it is important that you contact your reseller or host provider for more info as it will remain in this state until one of the two know about it.
